RMS WILL RECOMMEND RESPONSIBLE AND COMPETENT VENDORS WHO WILL BE INTEGRATED INTO THE OVERALL MOVE PLAN

• Write RFP’s for architects, general contractors, technology and and all mover related vendors

• Conduct walk-through with vendors to clarify expectations

• Negotiate best contract rates with each vendor to reduce project cost

• Present recommended vendors to client

• Provide client with unbiased understanding of each vendor’s capabilities

• Coordinate vendor meets with General Contractor and vendors

• Communicate changes in schedule to all vendors
