Ageless Medical New York - New York, NY

RMS was the Project Manager for Ageless Medical New York

occupying one full floor on Lafayette Street in Manhattan. The

build out tripled the size of the current facility and offers

amenities previously unavailable due to its cramped quarters.

The expansion was critical to offer additional primary/urgent

care needs as well as IV Infusion therapy, Liposculpting, Stem Cell and Botox treatments.

RMS provided comprehensive Project Management services for this complex project, including due diligence, site selection, lease negotiation, selecting architects and contractors, furniture, budgeting, construction administration, relocation through project closeout.

Mount Sinai Medical Center / St. Vincent's Hospital - New York, NY

When St. Vincent's Hospital closed its doors, Mount Sinai Hospital saw the need to maintain several of their programs in New York's West Village. Relocation Management Solutions was engaged to relocate the former hospital's Community Medicine and Homeless Outreach programs to the former St. Vincent's O'Toole Building. RMS engaged contractors to retrofit medical exam rooms to office space, provided space planning, IT and telco coordination and relocated 135 people to the new space.

Mount Sinai Medical Center - New York, NY

RMS has been the sole source provider of move management and logistical coordination services to Mount Sinai since 2007. The company is presently serving as liaison to Facilities/Design and Construction, Health and Radiation Safety, Security, Engineering, external contractor’s and architects, Telecommunications, Building Services, Real Estate and Housekeeping on a number of ongoing projects. Each project requires move management of personnel to temporary and/or permanent space.

RMS has overseen the decanting of over 25 departments in five buildings including clinical labs, doctor’s offices and large bullpen spaces of administrative staff to temporary and permanent space. RMS coordinates the design and placement for employee seating, medical equipment such as hoods, freezer cores, electrical, gas, chemicals, centrifuges, scopes and furniture.

Long Island IVF - Melville, NY

LIIVF underwent simultaneous transitions– the construction of their new 25,000 square foot Melville headquarters with a Class III surgical suite and embryology labs; decanting all laboratory equipment and offices from Mather Hospital in Port Jefferson; relocation of the patient center in Melville and transition of several departments from their Lake Success office to Melville and implemented new telecommunications systems between all locations.

Winthrop University Hospital - Mineola, NY

The newly formed Surgical Practice was setting up an office off hospital grounds. The requirement was to specify and design the layout of new furniture and medical equipment for the practice as well as coordinate the furniture, voice and data installation and the physical relocation. RMS’ involvement allowed Winthrop’s in house Facilities staff to continue with their day to day operations.

Woodland Women's Health Associates - CT

The merger of two physician groups allowed the practices to reduce the number of offices from seven offices to four. The services provided were lease review and negotiation, space design verification, construction management, telecommunications design, furniture inventory, design and acquisition, records management, physical relocation and furniture disposition.
